The Change Network is your friendly guide on the journey to inclusive change.
The OF/BY/FOR ALL Change Network is a 12-month, fee-based, online program for civic and cultural organizations of all sizes and sectors. It provides an intentional framework to help you make your organization more inclusive, equitable, and relevant.
The Change Network program is both structured and flexible. When you join, we’ll set your team up with your own dashboard of tools, progress reports, and coaching check-ins. With our guidance and support, your team will put equity and inclusion into action with your community. You’ll build authentic community partnerships, listen and learn from new voices, improve institutional programs and policies, and get support from coaches and peers around the world.
Based on our members’ experiences and research by a third-party evaluator, we are confident the Change Network will help you:
adopt new ways of working to become of, by, and for the communities who matter most to you
apply an equity lens to both external programs and internal policies
bring structure and clarity to community partnerships, engagement, and relationship building
dedicate space for reflection and growth based on lessons learned with your community
build internal buy-in for change across different organizational departments and stakeholders
connect with a global peer network of members facing similar challenges in other countries and sectors

We are anticipating a higher volume of applications this year, so we encourage you to apply early if you are interested. Here is a quick snapshot of the application timeline:
December 1st - January 15th: Early Bird Application Period
January 22nd: Notification of acceptance to Early Bird Applicants
February 12th: Final deadline for applications
February 19th: Notification of acceptance for regular applicants
April 1st: April Cohort begins
